Pricing: How much are the devices?

Try the WaterMax for $4.95/mo for the first 90 days.

Since we are a direct distributor for our products, our service agreements with the manufacturer prohibit us from listing pricing information online (many wholesale supply companies have similar agreements, that’s why you often don’t see pricing information on wholesale websites).

What we can say on our website is that being an independent distributor allows us to provide you with high quality water treatment at affordable rates. We can pass more savings on to you by cutting out the middle man. Also, treating your water could potentially save you $12,910 over the next 10 years.

We would very much like to share pricing information with you. If you email or call us we’ll answer any question you have (we promise we don’t bite and we treat each inquiry with respect). Use the coupon code “MaxPack25” to save $200-$500 depending on which package you like best.

Do you offer financing?

You can apply for a Fortiva Retail Credit revolving line of credit issued by Mid America Bank & Trust Company. Click here for more details.

Will you deliver and install the devices at the scheduled time?

Women and men alike don’t want to wait longer than expected. You have things to do. Mothers especially, we understand that you have maybe a 4-hour window in your day to get things done and that is precious. So we make sure to follow scheduled appointments and get your water treatment products installed in a timely manner.

What’s the difference between a whole house purification system and a water softener?

A water softener uses ion exchange to soften the water (remove calcium and magnesium) but it doesn’t filter other contaminants. Your home and family could still be exposed to chlorine, heavy metals (lead, arsenic), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), trihalomethanes (THMs), and problematic toxins.

The WaterMax is a whole home water filter with 5 stage filtration and beyond softening and it also filters these other harmful contaminants.

For more details see Water Softeners vs Whole Home Filtration vs Reverse Osmosis, What’s The Difference?

Do I need a reverse osmosis system (RO) if I have the WaterMax?

They each filter different contaminants. For complete water treatment we recommend the Max Pack, which includes both the WaterMax and the RO. The WaterMax will protect your plumbing, water-using appliances, bathroom fixtures and all other areas of the home that is in frequent contact with the water. It’s a whole home filter. The RO provides extra filtration for “life support” water which is used for drinking and food preparation.

Do you offer saltless water softeners or saltless systems?

I heard chlorine in my water is bad. Do any of your systems take out chlorine?

Indeed, chlorine is bad because of toxic byproducts that are produced when chlorine disinfectants are mixed with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the canal system.

Yes, we can help you filter chlorine from your water supply.

Does Reverse Osmosis under the sink replace my bottled water supply?

Yes. This one of the many money-saving benefits of getting water treatment for your home and it even helps the Earth.

If you are used to buying bottled water, then you should get an RO because almost all bottled water is purified via reverse osmosis and they are going to taste identical. However, if you’re accustomed to refrigerator or Brita filter, then water treated with the WaterMax taste 100x better than those alternatives and will be noticeable upgrade, so the Max Pack would be good for you.

For more details see Benefits of Home Water Treatment.

How long do the products last?

Each product comes with a warranty. The WaterMax has a 25 year warranty. See other products.

What kind of maintenance requirements do the devices have?

Salt. Once a month. That’s it. The WaterMax is the most durable, state of art technology, water purification system out there. Self cleaning filters remove sediment and contaminants so that you don’t have to replace the medias EVER during the 25 year warranty.
